How to Join

Sec. 1. The members of the Kappa Epsilon Fraternity are all those who have been initiated in the rites of the fraternity as recognized by tradition.

Sec. 2. The fraternity believes in the policy of selective admission of members in order to ensure the quality of its membership. An applicant must have all the qualifications provided hereunder:

• must be male and at least 17 years old.
• must be duly admitted and enrolled in the University of the Philippines or any recognized colleges or universities.
• must be of good moral character and must not have been convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude.
• must believe in the goals and ideals of the fraternity, its constitution, as well as in the principles underlying the Constitution of the Philippines
• for recognized community chapter: must be enrolled in (any recognized school) or graduated from any recognized colleges or universities, businessman, professional, government or private employee, or an outstanding member of the community.

Sec. 3. The Fraternity reserves the right to reject any applicant based on the principles of the constitution.

Sec. 4. The Fraternity may impose such other qualification it may deem fit to preserve the quality of membership.
